1. If the increased electricity  production of a residential client does not increase enough to off-set the cost of cleaning services provided by Happy Sun Solar Panel Cleaning, we will refund an amount sufficient to reduce the effective cost to the satisfaction of the client
2. The maximum refund amount will not exceed the total payment from the client for the most recent solar panel cleaning service
3. It is solely the responsibility of the client to track solar production before and after cleaning
4. It is solely the responsibility of the client to demonstrate to the Happy Sun Solar Cleaning that the increased efficiency has not off-set the total cost of cleaning services
5. It is also the responsibility of the client to demonstrate that no other factors outside of the control of Happy Sun Solar Cleaners has impacted to the solar efficiency, including but not limited too: Environmental factors, seasonal fluctuations, other maintenance related issues, mechanical or electrical issues, etc.
