Happy Sun Solar Cleaning Service Agreement - Terms of Service
By agreeing to the terms of the Happy Sun Solar Cleaning Service agreement (“Agreement”), you (“Client”) accept the following terms and conditions for solar panel cleaning services provided by Happy Sun Solar Cleaning (“Service Provider”).
1. Services and Schedule
- The Client agrees to receive solar panel cleaning services as outlined in the Service Provider’s seasonal service package, which includes a specified number of cleanings per year.
- The number of cleanings and the cost per service are as listed on the form provided to the Client.
2. Notification of Cleaning Appointments
- The Service Provider will notify the Client of each scheduled cleaning appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
- Notification will be made via email, text message, or phone call, as provided by the Client during sign-up.
3. Payment for Services
- After each cleaning service is completed, the payment method on file will be charged for the agreed-upon Cost Per Service.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file remains valid and up to date.
4. Cancellation Policy
- The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time by providing written or verbal notice to the Service Provider.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
- If the Client cancels within this timeframe and incurs a fee, the fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
5. Rescheduling
- The Client may reschedule any cleaning appointment by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may also be subject to the $50 late cancellation fee.
6. Payment Method
- The Client agrees to keep a valid payment method on file with the Service Provider.
- In the event that a payment fails, the Service Provider will attempt to notify the Client, and the Client agrees to provide an alternative payment method promptly.
7. Termination of Service
- Either the Client or the Service Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- If the Service Provider terminates the Agreement, no future charges will be made to the Client after the termination date, except for services already rendered.
8. Force Majeure
- The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
9. Liability
- The Service Provider will take reasonable care in performing services. However, the Service Provider is not liable for damage to the solar panels or other property unless such damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Service Provider.
10. Amendments
- The Service Provider reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms of Service for the Happy Sun Solar Cleaning Seasonal Service.
